Nature of This Website

Orange County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference site. It is not connected with Orange County government, Orange County Corrections, the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the Florida Department of Corrections, a court, a jail, or any other public body. The site does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its pages identify government inmate and jail-record tools in Orange County and link to independent research services. Those links do not turn this site into the custodian of the records returned elsewhere.

Acceptable Use Rules

You must use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm other people or interfere with the service.

• Do not use the site while committing or planning an unlawful act.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or target another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, credit, or insurance decisions.

Orange County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its ad partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information found here for an FCRA-regulated purpose.

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking reports, sheriff or corrections pages, court systems, legal resources, federal locators, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Florida agencies apply their own duties and exemptions under Chapter 119, including Florida Statutes section 119.07. Review each destination's rules before using it.
